• विद्यालय परित्याग प्रमाण पत्र ( स्कूल लीविंग सर्टिफिकेट ),
• 12वीं कक्षा / इंटर का अंक पत्र,
• प्रमाण पत्र,
• महाविद्यालय परित्याग प्रमाण पत्र ( स्कूल लीविंग सर्टिफिकेट ),
• प्रवजन प्रमाण पत्र ( माईग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट ),
• आचरण प्रमाण पत्र ( कैरेक्टर सर्टिफिकेट ),
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र व
• अन्त प्रमाण पत्र जो कि, आवंटित महाविद्यालय द्धार मांगी जाये तथा उन प्रमाण पत्रो की स्व – अभिप्रमाणित 2 – 2 प्रतिलिपि व पासपोर्ट साइज के 5 रंगीन फोटोग्राफ आदि।
उपरोक्त सभी दस्तावेजो को आपको दाखिले – नामांकन हेतु प्रस्तुत करना होगा ताकि आप बिना किसी समस्या के दाखिला ले सकें।
